Why don't they have pics of the apartments? I tried to apply once and nobody was there at regular business hours so I left. I called the following day and asked about the office hours and she told me she had to leave early but no apology or anything.

I lived at Heathmoore for about 2 years. The staff was very friendly, and always made repairs within a couple of days. I liked the location of the complex as it was close to my work. I moved because I am getting married. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking.

We lived there for two years and management was terrible. She acts like your best friends but any time you have an issue she becomes very rude and blames all the problems on you. They also dont fix problems. Problems we had the day we moved in never got fixed. Whatever you do, find a different place to live. If you dont you will regret it once you have move out. Their other properties may be managed better than this one but dont go here.

Be careful renting at this place. The only amenity you get is no one is above or below you. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment here for almost two years. This place raises your rent every time your lease is up. But does nothing to improve the quality of the property. I finally moved out because of it. I made prior arrangements as to when I am moving out. I left my apartment with normal wear and it was clean. No trash in the apartment and everything wiped down. 30 days after I moved out I received a $200 invoice in the mail ($75 carpet cleaning, $75 apartment cleaning, and $50 electric penalty). Although the carpet was in good shape upon vacating the apartment I was ok with the carpet cleaning fee. But the rest of the fees are excessive. The electric penalty is unheard of because I let the office know when I would be moving, and as we had arranged I turned in the keys on 04-01-2017. Why would I pay electricity at a place I do not reside? Here is how disorganized and poorly managed this place is run. I get a call from a girl working in the office asking me if I turned in my keys. I told her I turned in the keys to the office as per the arrangements I made with the office before I moved out. She just seemed very confused and clearly didn't know what she was doing. Beware before leasing an apartment at this place. Update 05/22/2017: I reached out to the Regional Manager who is Jerri Ezell (Female), Robbie who works in the office gave me a number for Jerri 270-681-2072. I left a voice message back on 5-16-2017, but didn't get any response. The number Robbie gave me for Jerri is a Google Voice number so I also sent a text to that number as well. Still no response. This is a place that doesn't value good people who rent from them. My account has always been in good standing. I never gave them any trouble, and I was never late/never missed a rent payment. But this is how they treat good customers. Again, beware before you decide to sign a lease at this place. Update 05/29/2017: After leaving messages at the office, and on the voice mail of the Regional Manager I received no response. This place doesn't care if you are currently, or were a good tenant. All they care about is putting money in their pocket any way they know how. There are a lot of apartments in Louisville that is not only more efficiant and up to date, but also located in a complex with far more amenities. It doesn't make any sense to charge someone unheard of fees for cleaning when the apartment was left in good condition. Again renter beware.
