Other things to note
The rental is a detached, cottage-style, studio house ("backhouse") behind the main house - we live in the main house and there is another unit above the garage, both separate from the backhouse- you will have your complete privacy and a separate entrance from us, but the outdoor common area space is shared with the other unit. Laundry is outside. Also, please note the bed is a Murphy bed (can fold up to hide away) and the bathroom shower is on the smaller side, on par with NY-and SF-style bathrooms, but functional. Parking is via the street.
We are dog lovers, but we only allow cats at this time- well-trained cat allowed- however, the pet must reside indoors- we have dogs on the premise and there is no space for additional dogs. Pet fee and pet deposit may apply.
