Carolina Apartments offers private bathrooms within each bedroom suite. All of the units have recently been updated with new cabinets, counter-tops, light fixtures, furniture, carpet and paint. One of the best features is the convenience to all the events and facilities on Campus plus a close proximity to downtown.
Besides all the happenings on campus, Logan Canyon with hundreds of trails, campgrounds and scenic places is within a mile of Carolina Apartments. The Cache Valley Mall and a variety of other stores and restaurants are down along Logan’s Main Street, one mile to the west. Movie Theaters, library, golf courses and cultural facilities are all in close proximity.
Carolina Apartments are conveniently located within ½ block of the main campus of Utah State University where sports, fitness, arts, culture and restaurants are all located. Downtown Logan is serviced by a bus service and grocery, clothing and specialty stores are all nearby.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The management, maintenance, and amenities were well worth the price! The apartment layouts offer variety that can fit anyone and their preferred style. They do a great job on trying to keep things updated and clean each coming year. Overall, this complex was a great experience for me.
This place is great! Good size, Great management, comfortable living. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The rooms are great and it is so fun to have a theater room and workout room. Would recommend to everyone to stay here and I know you will love it as much as I did!!

The place is nicely set up! Theater, little gym, commons area as well as whole apartment. Having great roommates was a plus. Private rooms are small for the price we pay. But everything there is worth it, personally. What reslly tied it all together was how understanding Kurt is of his tenants; so many of us are college students, so when some of us run into tough spots with paying rent in time for it he always works with us. Never met a landlord who's so kind and understanding. This complex would get a 6 out of 5 if Google would let me, and I'll miss living here.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. It's absolutely terrible. The management is incredibly unhelpful and they have tons of hidden fees. This place is borderline robbery....
DO NOT LIVE HERE. It's absolutely terrible. The management is incredibly unhelpful and they have tons of hidden fees. This place is borderline robbery. The rent is way too high, you overpay in utilities (all 6 of us were paying $40+ a month when we were trying to be conservative), the walls are NOT sound proof (I can hear every little thing in my roommate/neighbors room), and the parking charge is ridiculous! Their "covered parking" in only about 8 spots for the 30 tenants. Please, look somewhere else to live and dont believe these other reviews.
Lived here for fall semester. Got put in an unrennovated room on the very far edge. Entire street will shut down during football games...

Entire street will shut down during football games making it difficult to get in and out of the apartment for 8+ hours. Staff is friendly, amenities are nice, has pretty good WiFi, a bit too pricy for what was offered.

I have been living at Riverside for almost 3 weeks now and quite pleased with the experience. When I signed up for the apartment, the people in the office helped make everything clear and were very friendly. The staff has been very helpful and been great with communicating with me. The location is great, (its nice to sit in the living room and look at the Stadium in the night, great view). My only complaint would be a really tight and small parking with only one way in and out that makes it tough to get in and out, but its been a great experience!

I have no complaints about these apartments! They are incredible and having an in house theater and workout room and indoor parking puts them above all other student housing facilities in my opinion. Our building managers are so cool. They are our friends and very understanding when it comes to any issue we have. Maintenance request and usually fulfilled within a day which is super speedy in my experience. I love Riverside!

The staff also remembers you by name and gives you a very personal experience. The apartments are comfortable and clean. The apartments are also very conveniently located close to campus. I would definitely recommend living in these apartments as a college student.

I am a new tenant here at Riverside for the 2016-2017 school year. It has been a great experience so far. My roommates and I really needed to move in early and they worked something out to accommodate us. It was very nice of the management. Any time we have an issue with maintenance stuff, the guy is right over! Our apartment is also newly remodeled and we enjoy have a cute little breakfast nook in our kitchen!

I am currently living in the Riverside Apartments for the 2016 school year. The apartments are incredibly nice and all of the common areas are kept quite clean. I have five other roommates and there are 3 bathrooms for the six of us and there is more than enough space in the kitchen and living room for all of us to be without it feeling cramped. I haven't been here long, but I would definitely recommend living here to other people and I am excited to see how the rest of the school year goes here!

Everything worked great when I moved in and I have no complaints. The walls are very sound proof and you don't even notice there is people living around you. I would recommended this place to a friend.
