RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance of the yard is the responsibility of the resident: The lawn needs to be watered regularly, mowed and trimmed. There is a two-car limit for the driveway/garage. All vehicles must be in working order and registered. Smoking is not allowed in the home. Renters insurance is required. Residents will be responsible for paying for the trash, water, sewer, electricity and gas.
