APPLICATION TERMS: A completed application is required from each adult (18 years and older) who intends to reside at the property & all applications must be submitted together with the application fee (approx. $35/each). The application will be provided to you by the landlord only. Incomplete applications will not be processed. We will be using other ad platforms to rent the home. We do not take on-line 3rd party applications. The combined household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Credit and rental history must be good/satisfactory. No evictions or recent bankruptcies. Applicants must provide 2 years of recent, consecutive verifiable rental history or homeownership. We will not take any deposit funds until after the application/credit report process has been fully verified & completed by listing landlord (Please be cautious with scammers!). We do not take credit card payments or any deposit money up front - again, please be cautious of scammers. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance of the yard is the responsibility of the resident: The lawn needs to be watered regularly, mowed and trimmed. There is a two-car limit for the driveway/garage. All vehicles must be in working order and registered. Smoking is not allowed in the home. Renters insurance is required. Residents will be responsible for paying for the trash, water, sewer, electricity and gas. AVAILABILITY: The home is occupied now, and will be available for showings/move-in around the beginning to middle of July (TBD). Showings are only scheduled once the property is move-in ready.
