My wife and I and our roommate went there to view the unit they have for rent. Upon arrival, there was no place to park in the leasing office's driveway so we drove past hoping to find on street parking. A flatbed trailer was partially blocking the road. We went further down this road and encountered an basketball hoop sitting in the left lane also blocking part of the road. Then we started going around a curve that had cars parked on both sides of the road effectively making the road one way. We finally got turned around and parked on the street. This was red flag #1 We met with the "manager" who wanted to show us a model and not the actual unit itself. Red flag #2. When I mentioned the problems we saw on the street, the managers condescending comment was "Nothing will be done about that for the time being." That indicates to me that their management is unwilling to listen to complaints or do anything about those complaints. Red flag #3. We also have a printed list of their "qualifications", some of which may be illegal. Red flag #4. I do NOT recommend dealing with this company.
