My people like my 50 gallon hot water heater to avoid those cold showers. The master bedroom has it’s own bathroom and walk in closet.

I also have a new washer and dryer in the basement. Don't overlook my smoke/carbon monoxide detectors so we can sleep at night knowing we’ll be alerted should anything go wrong. I have vaulted ceilings with skylights that help make me bright and cheery. My windows have cordless shades that are aesthetically pleasing and practical too.
I have a huge crawl space and the basement to keep your extra goodies nearby.

My owner pays all HOA fees so you will have access to all of the amazing Highlands Ranch recreation facilities. He also pays for pest control every quarter so we can keep all the little visitors to a minimum.
