I have been here, at Lakeside in Lisle, about 5 yrs now. Management and staff just keep improving. Kathy runs a great community, here, with empathic and professional staff. Kathy gets things done and she follows the guidelines, rules and reg.s we can all rely on to give us, the tenants of her community, peace of mind and safety. If you are someone or a family who believes you are above the law and are exempt of following the same respectable rules we all need to abide by, if you want to smoke and toss your cigs everywhere, if you want to blare music at all hours beyond reasonable hours, if you want to damage property or let your kids do so with no regard to others, if you want to leave your laundry in the machines all day because you feel like it...this is NOT the place for you. This is a community where residents can live alongside each other with pride to call our place our home.

My boyfriend and I are moving here next month. The property is so beautiful and calm, and the landscaping is very pretty. All of the people who work in the leasing office were so amazing and helpful. Stephen is especially amazing and super sweet and welcoming! Thank you all so much

I really love these apartment complexes. They made me feel very comfortable, and after trying to move to a different apartment to be closer to work, that didn't work out, so they were very helpful in renewing my space and allowing me to renew my lease. As long as you follow the rules of guest parking, you will love it here. the maintenance is also very helpful even though sometimes they were short staffed. they still came out within a couple hours to fix any problems I had. Not to mention, the renovated apartments are very lovely in comparison to neighboring apartments especially for the price.

Me and my girlfriend are moving in later next month. The leasing office has been amazing, especially Stephen. Day or night, he was answering my questions and helping us to make sure we got the specific apartment we wanted. The area looked nice and the layout of the 1 bedrooms definitely exceeded expectations and was an improvement over other apartments we looked at. We are looking forward to moving in and enjoying everything they have to offer!
