WHAT UTILITIES AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Tenant is responsible for Electric under their name and a $85 flat fee for water, trash and internet.

IS RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED?
Yes, but we make it easy for you! A General Liability insurance policy will be automatically billed at a rate of $14.95 with a $3.00 administration fee unless proof of renters insurance is provided.
