Our favorite part about the house is the breezeway space. You will love relaxing here while sipping your morning coffee. This home is conveniently located between Cincinnati and Dayton. You can access the interstate within 5 minutes or less. We welcome short and long-term stays as this home is perfect for traveling professionals or families.
Welcome to our pet-friendly Liberty Township, Ohio home! You can enter our home via the front door or the two-car garage entrance if you need a zero-step entrance option. This home features many add-ons that your party is sure to enjoy.
If you are traveling with pets or children, you will be pleased to learn that there is a large fenced-in yard that you will enjoy. This home is located in a neighborhood, but it is near a busier street on one side. The fenced-in yard will be a huge asset in keeping your pets and children safe during your stay.
The entryway of the home requires you to climb a short flight of steps to the main level of the home. If you continue exploring this level, you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, and three bedrooms.
If you head downstairs, you will find an open bedroom area with a full bathroom and office space. There is also a neat fireplace that adds to the ambiance.
Our favorite part about of this home is the breezeway area off of this open bedroom area. We love utilizing this space during the morning months because it has screened doors and windows that can be opened to allow a nice breeze to sweep through the space.
The breezeway leads to a very large, extra hangout space. There are large sofas, a small bar area, a 65" flat-screen TV, and a large table for playing games if desired. We've had a lot of fun in this space and we are sure you will do the same!
LIVINGROOM
The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room area. It has natural light that flows through the windows. Cozy up on the sofas or armchair and watch your favorite movie or show on your large, flat-screen Roku TV.
DINING ROOM
Just behind the living room, you will see the dining room. It is rather large and can seat up to 8 guests comfortably.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well-stocked and comes with everything you need to cook a basic meal for yourself or a large family. There is a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods for you to choose from. Let the dishwasher do the cleanup after dinner is over while you relax.
MAIN LEVEL BEDROOMS
There are three cozy bedrooms on this level. The king-size bedroom is rather large and has tons of storage space for unpacking and accommodating longer stays. The queen bedroom also has plenty of storage space for unpacking belongings. This final bedroom features an adorable bunk bed with twin mattresses on both levels. This is the perfect bedroom for children.
MAIN LEVEL BATHROOM
Just down the hallway, you will find a full-size bathroom. This bathroom is shared between the three bedrooms and the living space. Towels and basic consumable toiletries are available for you to use during your stay.
BASEMENT AREA
The basement features an open bedroom area that houses a king-size bed. This area also features a full-size bathroom and a desk/office space. This room opens up into the breezeway mentioned earlier. Head on through the breezeway and you will enter a large hangout space.
There is also a deck area with seating during the warmer months for you to enjoy. The deck access is off the breezeway area.
LAUNDRY
The laundry area features a washer/dryer with soap, dryer sheets, and supplies you are welcome to utilize during your stay. There is also an iron/ironing board.
