Since we moved in it has been constant issue after issue and the office workers are rude, condescending, and act like we are the biggest inconvenience.
My bathtub has stopped draining twice, the first time it took 3 days, this last time we were left without any notice of when our shower would be usable again.
Along with this issue, our kitchen sink had been out of order for the entire month of November, everytime we reached out to get an estimate we were lied to.
Our flooring has been constantly rising up in our living room, kitchen, and bathroom. None of our doors had doorstoppers. The walls are incredibly thin.
I'm so happy that these office workers don't have to live in the same apartments they give no care for. But this is my home, and this is unacceptable.

Modest, yet roomy, apartments in a mostly single family home development. Elementary school is a short walk away. Convenient to shopping.
Affordable rent. Staff is slightly negligent.
Put up better signs for buildings and some lighting.
