4390 Clearwater Way

I am currently a student at the University of Kentucky. I will be graduating in December and moving to Chicago but I have this lease until August 2021. I do have one roommate. She is very nice and clean. She works full time from home during the week and is usually gone for weekends so you will rarely see her. The apartment is very nice, cozy and large for two people so there is a lot of room. The community looks new and the apartments are up to date. The ground level is your own garage but it is mainly used for storage and to park in front of. Also for parking, you can park anywhere inside the gated complex as long as you are not blocking someone's garage. The first floor is a kitchen, large living room, pantry, half bathroom and balcony. The second floor is 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the washer and dryer. The apartment community also has very large pool, hot tub, gym, and a self car wash located right next to this unit. Pets are allowed for no additional costs. We currently do not have one but my roommate is not opposed to pets. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute drive from the University of Kentucky campus. However, as a student during the pandemic, I haven't found myself taking many trips to campus. I think this is a great place for college students because there is unlimited parking and lots of room in the apartment for guests, the pool, gym and car wash are included and save money and there are a lot of places looking to hire students close by.
