I've been a resident of Continental Square apartments for over a year now and recently began my second lease agreement. I also moved from a small one bedroom unit to a large two bedroom unit and hope to remain here for quite a while. As a matter of fact this is my second time living in this complex. My first time was back in the eighties. I enjoyed my stay back then and continue to enjoy it again to this day. The property is well maintained, snow removal has been immediate when it occurs and any maintenance issues (Which have been very few) have been addressed and corrected immediately, professionally and to my satisfaction. I gotta say, management has been first class to me. It's nice not having to deal with monthly utility bills each month. I like life clean and simple and I've experienced just that while living here. I'm not one to leave comments online very often to tell the truth, but when I came home today from work and found that maintenance left me a note informing me that they had been here and addressed the few maintenance issues with my new apartment I was very pleased. I wondered what others may have experienced while living here also so I googled the complex name to check out the reviews. I myself am pleased. Thus the review.
