I purchased a romper and didnt have time to try it on until I got home. I didnt like the way it fit me so I returned it. When I returned it, the cashier was rude when I asked her if she needed my card for the return. She goes on to tell me that they only do store credits and that it is written on the receipt. That I should have read. Hmmm who reads the receipt??? They should have told me that when I purchased the romper, especially after telling them that I lived in Cincinnati. What a shame!!!***** The receipt said **** bluetique holiday return policy; All gifts may be returned for store credit until December 31st, 2017. All monogram & clearance items are final sale.

I've had the most terrible customer service here. I bought a clutch and paid extra for it to be monogrammed. When I went to pick it up, it hadn't been done correctly. The salesgirl was very nice, said they'd fix it, and that they'd refund the price of the clutch as well, for the inconvenience.
When I went to pick up the clutch a second time (A MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT IT, might I add), they refused to honor the refund, and didn't seem all that bothered that I had been waiting A MONTH for a monogram.
I certainly won't be shopping there anymore.

The Bluetique staff are all so nice! Whenever I walk in through their open door i hear "Hi welcome to Bluetique! Can I help you find something?" The store offers free Ale8 One's to any customer. That is so refreshing in the summer! The clothes are all so lovely. I can always find something i want when i walk in there.
