I have been here for 1 year and now going on my 2nd year. I love the staff. The cleanliness of the apartment and upgrades. Maintenance comes on time in a short time frame. There is a Canal view and walkway connected as well! I enjoy my time being here and I haven't heard or seen any incidents.

I have been a resident on Limestone Ranch since February of 2017. I was very upset in the beginning when we were purchased. I was used to the speaking to the management and staff by name and becoming friends. Well the storm hit in February of 2021 and it was really hard to recover for the management company due low supply and demand and a lot of winter repairs. The management company and the corporate office have been amazing and and always been willing to listen to any question or concern that I may of had. There was a new maintenance team that can in and i must say that they are amazing and like family. Victor and Johnny have always been available and willing to help all residents in any way that they can. There has been times when they wanted to do more to make sure that we are always happy. I property manager, assistant manager and leasing agent are 10+ and very professional and if you call they will have it resolved. I plan on being a resident of Limestone Ranch for a long time but I must say if the current management team were to leave I would have to start looking or follow. We are a family here and Limestone Ranch and have made many long time friendship and feel at home.
P.S. If you are looking for a home Limestone Ranch should be where you plant your feet.
