Newport Village Apartments

We do allow dogs and cats in our apartment communities. Our policy is as follows:

1. Only 2 pets are permitted in each apartment or townhomes.

2. A Pet Agreement and Fee will be required for each pet : Monthly Pet Rent: Dog - ($50/mo) & Cats ($25/mo)

3. We do have a breed restriction list for Dogs : Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Bull Terriers and Pit Bull Terriers, German Shepherds / Belgian Malinois, Mastiffs, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Great Dane, Siberian Husky, Dalmatian, Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corso Breed determined is based on Veterinary documentation.
If documentation states a mixed breed and does not list a restricted breed, the pet may be accepted ex. Lab Mix - allowed; Pit Mix - not allowed

4. We do require a picture and vet records of the pet or working animal.

5. Service animal or emotional support animal to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for the purpose of aiding that person are not considered "pets."
