No smoking of any kind is allowed in this unit, including cigarettes, electronic vapes or marijuana. No pets (but service animals always welcome consistent with applicable law). SUMMARY OF CREDIT REQUIREMENTS -- VERY IMPORTANT: Golden Grove Terrace Apartments, LLC requires the combined gross income of the proposed adult tenants to be at least 3x the monthly rent, and each adult tenant must have a Resident Score (via TransUnion) of A or B and minimum FICO Score of 650 (Resident Scores and FICO scores of multiple tenants cannot be combined/averaged), except as may otherwise be required by applicable law.
