How many of these reviews are by the same people. It's funny how there are 4-5 reviews that have different names but the reviews use the same exact words. Word for word. Plus one of the reviewers work for the property. They can't get real review so they have to create fake reviews

Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Neighborhood and neighbors are great but the office staff is terrible except for Lynnette, she seems like the only one that does something. They don't answer the phone at all and do not know how to be on ttime. Dealing with Melinda and that other manager is like pulling teeth. Their first reaction to a complaint or bad review is to blame the resident for "feeling" that way, like it's the residents fault for having a complaint. Rent goes up and nothing gets done. Though I did find out to call the corporate office to get their butts moving faster. I've lived on a different Carter haston property and never had the problems I had with them as I did dealing with Melinda. It's funny how a few of these reviews sound the same way The office staff described the property in a VERY similar way as if they wrote them their selves. STAY AWAY. There are ALOT of betterchoices in and around Lebanon for housing than this property. I can verify one of the reviewers complaint about other neighbors moving due to the office staff's incompetence( Excluding Lynnette) and I heard she's moving soon, so hunters Creek residents will soon be screwed

This is a place we lived 3 years they charge you a lot up front & you do not get a dime. Terrible management my best advice is stay away. We left following there terms only to be turned into collections because they never billed us for one more last cleaning fee, when we gave them our address and had our mail was forwarded. Crooked place and company. Oh and the office manager Melinda she is well aware of things that took place while we lived here I had packages stolen from our door with no help from them in getting them for Christmas gifts. The last kick was the one where they send us to collections for there cleaning fee. I wouldnt call you I did while living there & its pointless, if anyone has lived here and has a positive review then they must be friends with Melinda. All the neighbors that I meet were moving because of issues with the leasing office. I have pictures Im going to add to show what the apartment looked like when we moved out but was still charged cleaning fees!

You are correct. I do not live there anymore for the reasons I've already listed that you conveniently hid. After I've moved out to a better community that doesn't have drug deals done in front of my building and guns going off in the back of the property, where you can actually use your fireplace in the winter and not be burned alive and teenagers walking on my patio to get cigarettes out of my ash tray. I've been there long enough to see the pool house and leasing office be remodeled yet nothing changed inside my apartment including my fireplace not being fixed. I guess appearances are more important than resident safety.

Sometimes they take a while, and don't always quite fix the problem. Just call again, and it will eventually get resloved.

If your sign says 8am, have a warm body there at 8am, if you cant be on time change the time or leave a note or something. Not everyone gets off on holidays. Also, post holiday hours early so people don't waste time. And its like nearly impossible to get in contact with you over the phone, like what's the point.
It seemed to be a good place to live.
