Ive been living here for almost a year now and i have love every single minute of it. the ladies at the office are friendly and maintenance are quick to get back to what needed fixing. Finding a parking spot is a bit difficult at times, but other than that the place is amazing.

I have been living here for a year. Its a great place to live and close to post. Also a quick 3 minute drive to Cameron University. The community that lives here is always welcoming and kind. We have just asked to lease for another year here! Another point to share. The apartments are currently working on replacing the roofs. Which is super nice. As for the front office the ladies are always nice. I dont remember when I shared my apartment number to pick up a package. They remember my face and I dont pick up packages often. Overall, if you are military or a student. This is a great place to live and at a reasonable price.

If there was something I could recommend it would be assigned parking and then visitor parking. Other than that, my boyfriend and I absolutely love it here!
