We welcome both cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per home and a weight limit of 45 lbs. Pet rent is $35 per pet, per month. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $500 for the second.
Just like their humans, all pets will need to submit an application and show proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
