I have been living at Alterra Apartments for almost a year now, and it has been such a wonderful experience. I have a two bed two bath and its very nice. Any maintenence requests are completed usually within 24-48 hours after submitted and I havent had any major maintenence issues since I've lived here. My family and I wanted to personally thank my leasing office manager, Brenda, for being so amazing to work with. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond and is very kind. She is such a hard worker too! I always see her going around the complex taking care of things and working in the office all the time. She is the best face to represent Alterra It has been a pleasure to live here and I hope to stay here for many years to come

The apartment complex is beautiful inside and out. The pool is inviting and the prices are reasonable so come see Brenda for your new home!
