Took my deposit for miscellaneous damage & or things such as cleaning of the apartment & cleaning the carpet. Wouldn't recommend. Don't expect your deposit back its an automatic 225$ just to clean the carpet & or apartment. Office gains the money luckily we got 65$ out of 350$ good luck to you looking to get your deposit back...

Spacious room but they have a weird smell to it. The manager seems sweet but when it comes down to being honest she won't be. She will tell you one thing and then switch her story. Some charges did not make sense during our stay there. Before moving out be very careful with your deposit and make sure all charges are what you were told they were going to be.

I have been living here for almost 8 months now. I love it! The apartments are very nice and clean. They are a little older but i like that. The walls are thick and you literally cant hear a thing going on outside your space and are very spacious. Also saves on electric cost for heating and air. My bill never came in over 50 bucks! The manager on site, Meaghan, is the sweetest and most kind person you will ever meet. Anything faulty I ever mentioned about the apartment was handled quickly. Even small cosmetic stuff that other places blow off. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment that is huge and quiet.

Overall a good place to live. Very spacious apartments, large kitchens. Walls are kinda thin so you can hear conversations, etc. Lots of kids that can be really noisy. In an ok neighborhood. Close to campus. Since I moved in, they redid the parking lot and painted making it look nicer. Maintenance was always responsive and helpful.
