Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the outside appearance. Management is incompetent and never address maintenance issues when they say they will, and there is always an excuse for why they can't get anything done. They constantly have errors in their rent statements (adding additional charges unaccounted for), and I, as well as several other renters, have had to correct them on this. The trash compressor rarely works, and trash is always sitting out in a huge pile, which smells really bad. And since their head maintenance person left, upkeep for the property has gone downhill. Not to mention how thin the walls are. For the amount they charge in rent (almost $1000 for a large two bedroom) it is not worth the stress. They are getting so many 1-stars for a reason.

Worst experience of my life! Do not waste your time here. Management is a Fraud! I couldnt believe how terrible this place was to live in. When we tried moving out they did not give us the paperwork to be able to say we want to move out so they made us stay there another month, and then when our move out date finally came about they would give us back our deposit and tried to say we had to pay $1,300 for the carpet!!!! (Which we didnt have to because it was old and a family member did the apartments carpet.) And not to mention the property manager tried to charge us $63 for each keycard when they are only $50 to replace....hmmmmmm weird.. When we got our final statement, it made absolutely no sense and the math was completely wrong. We laid the final payment and the property manager was saying how we still owed on the utilities even though utilities come with the rent payment, and to say again, the property manager refused to give us our deposit back! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! I kept trying to email the property manager about our deposit and she wont respond back. The staff is completely unprofessional, rude, apparently cant do simple math, and are fraud and liars.

We lived here for a year and that was plenty long to learn this is not a place we wanted to live. Staff was very unprofessional and rude. Questions we asked were reasonable but not answered most of the time. Trash compactor broken or full the entire time therefore leaving a small dumpster of overflowing trash. After the multiple notices we received about making sure there wasnt trash on any balconies or porch or we would be charged 50$ per bag left... yet they were unable to accommodate the appropriate amount of receptacles needed. Was very embarrassing as I had family come In from out of town and on multiple occasions had heaps of trash near trash dumping area.Inspections were frequent and very unclear. We received 3 notices stapled together with different dates of inspection and when asked management lied and said that they would not inspect until a certain date and ultimately came in the 3 days prior (which is their right, however,they were untimely and not clear on exactly when). Water bill was always outrageous. Construction around the complex was not well kept following their departure leaving nails in walkway and road, tree branches cut and left for months, and power washing tearing screen in bedroom. Just not managed well.
