Alecia is a sweet person easy to talk to and a wonderful building manager who is willing to help you out with questions and the maintenance personnel are really helpful and wonderful, and will answer your questions if they can. Been here going on three years now and wouldn't want to change anything about the wonderful staff working here.

While I understand that everyone has had issues with the previous management company; however, PLEASE NOTE: Continental Management is NO LONGER AFFILIATED WITH THIS PROPERTY! There are NEW OWNERS & A NEW MANAGER! I am the Area Director (Regional Manager) of the NEW company - 5 WEST GROUP, LLC -and, since April 2019, we NOW own AND manager the property! We absolutely LOVE the new manager Alecia & new Maintenance Supervisor Wade. They are on top of everything-including the bug issue-and we have NEVER tried to scam ANYONE out of money. All of the issues I bring on behalf of tenants and our investors (and I have quite a few properties in Michigan) are addressed as soon as possible and I am made aware every step of the way. Not to mention, the owners are very involved and we (corporate) make a WEEKLY visit to the property!
I honestly suggest that anyone who is interested in the property, physically go and tour/ meet the new staff and MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE!
