This place is terrible. When you follow the lease agreements they still try to charge you for stuff. I never received my deposits back and I have been gone almost a year. They don't ever fix anything and you have to threaten to call the city just to get black mold out of your bedroom. If i could give it minus zero stars I would. The price and space was the only great thing about it.

Current tenant. I've lived here since 8/2013. Please don't waste your time on this complex unless it's your only option. Some of the tenants are ignorant and inconsiderate. Management is terrible. Filed 3 requests for maintenance, first 2 went unanswered. After inquiring about the first two requests I was informed by the manager that they had inspected my unit and there was no problem. No one from the maintenance team had ever stopped by. After a third request and 8 months the problem was partly resolved. The major complaint is that this complex lacks a dedicated maintenance staff and Property Manager. Every so often members of the Maintenance team will come but only to make minimal repairs. However, there is no dedicated Property Manager at this complex! As of starting this review at 10:30am, 7/10/2014, there is no Property Manager here. There was no manager here yesterday. This complex is empty for a reason. And there's bed bugs. Please avoid wasting your time with Lansing Park if at all possible. One star because zero is not available.

Horrid place to live. Would never fix things about half of the year lived there the sink disposal grinder thing leaked got tired of filling and emptying a bowl so I let it drain under the sink. will say after we found a roach in the apartment they were quick to get exterminater in but that was the only good thing I could say good and anyways there shouldn't be a roach problem nor bed bugs ( just found one) management is rude maintenance was cool but management wouldn't ever"put it on the list". But what really made us leave is the fact we found a bone called police and they confirmed that it was a human femur bone... Cheap but never again

Don't ever live here. Staff are very rude, it's noisy and only the apartment building of the leasing office are clean. They don't fix stuff and they are really rude. They keep saying 'contractor will come, contractor will come' but no one even comes. And the neighbors are really rude always fights and always turns their music on so loud. There's homeless guy sleeping in basement. I wasn't that picky so I ignored the reviews here and moved in anyway but this is really not the place you want to live in.

SAVE YOURSELF WHILE YOU CAN!! Don't waste your time with this place! They are THE WORST! First off, the picture makes it appear to be a nice, clean, quiet community. It is horrible!! The hallways smell horrible, the appliance (fridge, stove) are so outdated! Maintenance does an awful job and you literally have to call corporate offices before they will even come out and fix anything! The rent is cheap and I guess you get what you pay for! Lansing park is literally a whole in the wall. from the hobo's in the complex, people breaking into apartments, to the *clears throat* "lady" in the leasing office who is totally unprofessional! I honestly can not find one thing that I like about this place. The only reason they have a star is because I was not able to leave the rating blank...ugh please don't waste your time!!

This place discriminates against single mothers. A friend of mine has been staying with us and has been looking for apartments. She looked at Crimson Cove and the lady she spoke with seemed helpful and accommodating...until we went into the management office (Madison Property Management). The lady working the desk seemed to have a problem with her the second she walked in. She was rude and asking very personal, inappropriate questions. My friend still filled out the paperwork and I took her there this morning to drop off copies of her income and the woman was rude again ,and told my friend she could not live there because 1/3 of her income is from child support. The child support is court documented and legally binding and she has proof it has been paid on time every two weeks for the past 5 years. She makes more than enough money to pay for the apartment and is well within the required income bracket but since this place discriminates against single mothers (or biracial children, could be both) she told my friend she would not be able to run her application AT ALL. I would caution anyone from applying with this complex and their property management company. It is hard enough to get by in this world as a single parent without people like this discriminating against them.
To comfortably afford an apartment, we recommend having at least three times your monthy rent in gross household income.
