1) 1000+ sq ft basement with two bedrooms (master - 19' × 10') and (12' x 10'), sharing a luxury bathroom with steam sauna/shower, complimented by a large, open living area with electric fireplace Italian leather recliner with Bluetooth enabled audio system, and a gourmet kitchenette.
Options:
1) $1500, The Downstairs Master bedroom (19' x 10') is available in a shared living situation with one other clean, respectful housemate.
2) $2200, The entire space is available for rent preferably to a couple or two roommates for $2200. This space can be provided furnished or unfinished.
* I may be able to provide some furnishings as desired.
The home shares a private cul-de-sac with only two other homes with ample parking and a possible option for one garage space.

When not working in the Audio Visual and entertainment industry, I dance (Country, Swing/Lindy Hop, . . .) multiple nights a week, am an avid movie goer, foodie and gourmet cook, time permitting, ski (Epic Pass, ex Ski Instructor and happy to teach), whitewater kayak, mountain bike, hike, and started a food and herb garden to supplement our kitchen this summer . . . I would welcome housemates with shared interests.
Alex just completed a very time-consuming paramedic training with aspirations to attend Lakewood Fire Academy. He works in a bike shop and enjoys mechanics. He is similarly clean, considerate, and easy going with plans to try Country dance lessons soon.
Nishan, Hard working, career oriented, clean, responsible, respectful. Enjoys outdoor adventures and sharing these with his dog, Yerba.
Ideal housemate would share the same values of respect, cleanliness, communication, professionalism, and be similarly easy-going and active outside the home.
Monthly utilities including gas/electric, water and sewer, trash, and internet have averaged less than $100/person and are shared equally.
Currently no pets live in the house, but a well behaved dog may be welcome. Fenced back yard, community trails, and mountain access.
