I just renewed my third lease with Lakeville Pointe. It is a fabulous place to live! Everyday I walk into my apartment and say, "I love my apartment!" The building is quiet, management has been stellar whenever I have an issue, the new maintenance guy is on top of things and very helpful, and the facility has the amenities that I need. There is a washer and dryer in every unit, underground heated parking with a good sized storage cage above it, a workout room with great equipment, and a nice community room. My stay here has been very positive! And the fact that Cub and Culvers are within 2 blocks of me, and Target is 5 minutes away... couldn't ask for a better location!
