Lakeland Town Square is a pet-friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together. Our non-refundable pet fee is $400 for one pet and $450 for two pets. Pet rent listed above is per pet. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
