A driver’s license or state issued photo ID is required before you can take a tour. We qualify everyone equally and approval is subject to a full background and credit check. There is not a specific credit score required, but 580+ is preferred. We will check for previous evictions and a verifiable rental history. A gross income of at least 3 times the rent required to qualify. $55 application fee per adult (18+) living in the home. Each adult must fill out a separate application. Applications are processed in the order received.
Tenants are still in place, so please do not disturb them by going up to the unit and/or knocking on the door. When it is ready, we will have it available for self-guided tours.
