LOCATION
This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Avalon Park, just minutes from the Lake Havasu Golf Club, Lake Havasu area beaches, the London Bridge, multiple state parks, and the dozens of restaurants, bars, and nightlife of downtown Main Street- allowing you to experience the ultimate vacation in Lake Havasu City.
Guests will have access to the entire property minus a couple locked closets (not in bedrooms) and one of the garages is a game room.
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

>Monthly rental November to March. This home is not available for a long term lease.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
