Outside of living below the maintenance and having him always complain even though he makes way more racket than I do it isa great place to live. It feels like a forest and has a real nice feel to it. Some times people park in your limited spots you have to park but those are the only qualms.

I so regret moving to a downstairs 2 bedroom apartment here. The upstairs neighbor have small children that runs and jumps up to midnight...

I so regret moving to a downstairs 2 bedroom apartment here. The upstairs neighbor have small children that runs and jumps up to midnight or even later... The manager said he can't do anything about it... really?! Where is the silence policy? Aren't the management suppose to manage those problems?! Terrible situation! If you want to rest while you are at your home, you shouldn't move in here! Argh!!

I moved in two months ago and there is a few things that could be worked on. 1. They could put up more lighting...

I moved in two months ago and there is a few things that could be worked on. 1. They could put up more lighting at night. It's really dark and uncomfortable in some places throughout the complex. 2. The apt I moved into was not as nicely re-done as I thought. Example: The door frame to my front door is cracked as if someone kicked it in at one point, my sliding glass door does not have a proper locking mechanism. It actually locks by a screw attached to the frame. The sliding doors are put in backwards which means I can't put a stick on the inside to prevent from breaking in. 3. The parking is very bad to the point of people moving cars back and forth to guest parking just to make sure they have a secure spot to park in when they get home from work. 4. The maintenance men are very rude and act like it's a bother to have to fix something. I do have some positive feedback. 1. Susan the manager is amazing. 2. It's very quiet and people seem to mind their own business. 3. I love the ducks and koi fish pond. Lot's of nature. 4. The tree's shade helps keep the apt cool. 5. Lot's of trails. . That's all I can think of for now. I do not plan on renewing my lease when it ends in three months.
