Rates from $12,000 - $20,000/mo depending on time of year, length of stay, number of occupants/pets. Shorter term leases include all utilities (capped at $200 - $300/mo), weekly gardener and pool/spa maintenance. Refundable Security Deposit $12,000, Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee $600. Weekly maid service available upon request for additional fee.
