No smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana, is permitted in the unit or on the property.

- 2 vehicles per unit.
- Motorcycles, and trailers are not permitted.
- Guests/Tenants NO pets
- Adhere to all posted signage
Note: Community Rules will be shared, agreed upon, and signed by tenant prior to occupancy and fees may be incurred by tenant if violation of rules.

Included in rent for no additional fee: access to community amenities, water, Wi-Fi connection, shoveling, plowing, landscaping, and trash disposal.
A $250 move-out cleaning fee will be charged to cover standard professional cleaning between tenants. Tenant is still responsible for leaving the property in clean condition, including removal of all personal belongings and trash. Excessive cleaning, stain removal, odor remediation, trash removal, or other extraordinary cleaning services beyond normal turnover cleaning may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit.
