All other tenants would be required to sign a short 2 month lease prior to any long term agreements. (I've had bad roommates, and it's not fun).
I do have additional rooms available if interested.
The home is located 15-20 mins north of San Marcos and there is a CART bus that picks up at the hospital 3 miles from the home.
We are 30 - 40 mins from downtown Austin and about 1.5 hours from San Antonio.
We are 2 minutes from I -35. 5 minutes from Target, Walmart and HEB. Costco is a one exit further north. The area is growing had we've gotten lot more resteraunts and fast food places.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I've never even worried about porch pirates.
My home is 2700 Sqft and other than my pets and I the space is empty. It's 2 stories with all bedrooms upstairs a giant living room and good size "loft" space. I am either in my room playing games or doing homework(I'm attending ASU online) or in the loft watching TV. So the entire downstairs is usually empty and you could kind of use that as your main space. There is also a security system with a doorbell cam and two cameras inside.
As mentioned I'm currently attending ASU and driving for Uber. My schedule is eratic and I'll be in and out all day. I am 420 and pscyhadelic friendly but nothing hard at all. Other than that, I'm a geek/nerd or whatever you want to use. All of the comic books, Star Wars, Ninja Turtles, the old school stuff. I play D&D ever Weds. I like Top Chef and Survivor but can't stand the real housewives or big brother.
I do have a dog and a cat at home. The dog has some anxiety issues around new people and will need your calm and patience to get comfortable with you. Adding a new person and new animals to the home might not be a great fit. If you have service animals and want to discuss further, please reach out to me.
You should be a clean, responsible, and respectful. You agree that leaving dirty dishes in your room for weeks is unacceptable and clean up after yourself in the common spaces. You won't have parties or extended stay guests. Please be a good communicator and reliable.
