Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

Upstairs you will find a bonus living room and kitchen area that adds to the space and comfort of this house. The top floor of “TresSea” holds a truly special surprise that everyone will appreciate! A wonderful game room and makes a fantastic escape for the young and those young at heart. Complete with entertainment options, a powder room, peek-a-boo ocean views, and a wine bar – your family will enjoy hanging out in this space. Step out onto the deck and make your way up the spiral staircase to the roof top deck for tremendous views. From there it feels like you can see the end of the earth! The beach can be accessed in about 100 steps, just a block and a half, by going either north or south to nearby public access areas.
