This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

This Two-Bedroom and Two-Bathroom efficiency apartment is perfect for those who want to stay close to the pier and enjoy the raised porch that overlooks everything happening downtown. Located just beside Big Daddy's Restaurant, you'll be steps away from all the fun!
"Petersons Apt A" has one bedroom with a Queen, and one with a Pyramid Bunk (twin over full, with a trundle below). There is also a day bed in the living area, also with a trundle. The kitchen is small but efficient and will serve you well while you’re at the beach although there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer.
Everyone will love people watching from the porch and taking in the gorgeous sunrise. You'll probably see a pod of dolphins swim by so greet them with a friendly wave. You may never want to leave; but if you do, you'll find plenty to do with shops and restaurants nearby, along with the fishing pier, the NC Aquarium and historic Fort Fisher. The beach is a short stroll across the street to the public beach access.
