I am very happy I chose to make Westbrook Apartments my home. The professionalism and speedy time for maintenance to do a service call is good. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay then Westbrook apartments is the place to be and if you have fury friends they are welcome as well.

I usually don't write reviews but I have to write for Westbrook. I have stayed in this community for almost 3.5 years and it is a wonderful + safe place to live. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. Matt has always been helpful and will always look after your issues. The maintenance staff has provided prompt solution to any issue I've faced, also they make sure they do snow removals as well which is very important during winters.
The complex is quiet, and everyone has been friendly. A great place to call your home.

Was originally 5 stars but down to 3 because over the last year the quality of the grounds has dipped considerably. Very little grass, all you see is weeds...dandilions, clovers etc. Apparently there was no weed treatment done in the spring. The dog park is completely weeds and only seems to get mowed once every few weeks. Disappointing because it wasn't like this when I moved in 2 years ago

We moved to Kokomo a little less than a year ago and couldn't be happier with our decision to live at Westbrook. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. The maintenance staff has provided prompt solution to any issue we've faced. We didn't get a chance to visit before we moved in, but we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the closets (great storage!), and the overall spacious feeling of the apartment (so much sunlight through the slider!). The complex is quiet, and everyone has been friendly. A great place to live!
