Overall clean apartment, always paid rent on time, easy to use online platform, Heather was always nice. There is a really bad cigarette smell in the building I was in and some people do smoke in their apartments, so if you're sensitive to that, be aware. Family friendly place, great to walk pets, all appliances work. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to us when we put in the online request. The rent was reasonable for a 2BR at ~$1300/month, but it isn't worth more than that do to space and other factors. Community events that were advertised did not occur (thanks COVID). The gym advertised also mostly has broken equipment-one treadmill works but don't cancel your Y membership to work out here. The river walking trail is 10 seconds away though, which is convenient for biking, walking, and running. Expected more when we moved in a year ago, but it wasn't bad.
This complex used to be the best. Lots of service request that keeps getting cancelled without being resolved. Some staff from management are rude!. Units are so old.
Let's just say it's not the experience as advertised on the website.....
