I have lived here for a month and have been harassed about noise complaints every day and not even home. It's nothing but harassment and in fear of living. We cant live comfortably because of the courtesy officer knocking on the door all the time and talking to the manager of the complex.

The rent is stupid ridiculous now. I am looking to move ASAP. The inside is nice, but it is made with ticky-tacky material, so not the best quality. Definitely not worth the price. I've also heard nightmare stories on moving out ,on how the staff nickel and dime you for every little thing. Also, they tried to charge me for having a pet they claimed they saw, when I do not have a pet living with me. Weight room is okay, but could definitely use better cleaning supplies. The stairways aren't cleaned enough and are sometimes gross. I've tried to have maintenance fix my leaky shower and it still isn't fixed. Location is the only great thing about this place.

Make sure you do not get an apartment anywhere near the dumpster they put right up against the apartments. The city comes and collects trash between 6-630 am every other morning and it sounds like someone drove a car through your bedroom wall. It's kind of ironic that they need a dumpster this close as they charge you for a service to collect your trash at your door. You will also find trash cans in the hall ways collecting condensation run off from the AC units in the ceiling. Not something you want to pass every day head to your apartment that you pay a premium price for. The walls are really thin as you take in the stomping sounds from above and the dogs barking from next door.
