No Show / No Call Policy
If you scheduled & confirmed a rental showing with us that you do not show up to within 10 min of scheduled time and/or do not call to let us know. We will charge a $20 fee to reschedule another showing for you.
We have a $30 Application Fee per Applicant (nonrefundable)  and those are NOT online, we hand them out in person at the tour of the property.
