If current land use changes and 90 day leases become required, 30 day rentals will no longer be available. Tenant will be provided with water, sewer, trash, cable and internet with a $400/ month electrical allowance on Short Term leases of less than 6 months and requires a one time exit cleaning fee of $500 to be paid by Tenant. An additional refundable security deposit of $4,000 is also required.
Preference will be given to long term occupancies of 12 months of longer.
