You must show proof that you make at least 3 times the monthly rental amount, plus any monthly reoccurring debt. Credit scores must be over 540. Recent eviction filings within the last 3 years, open bankruptcy, owing another landlord, high level of debt, and some criminal records typically result in a denial. We do require a move in within 5-14 days of approval and the reservation of the home.
