COSTS: There is a $300 utility fee that pays for all utilities, plus streaming TV subscription, wifi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required.
