Located in downtown Iowa City, steps from the Pentacrest and the Old Capitol. Each apartment is equipped with high speed internet access. Each loft has large windows facing either west or east. Kitchen appliances include disposal, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and range. A Security system allows tenants to be contacted by intercom from the main entry, and allows tenants to unlock the front door remotely from each apartment. A laundry facility is on the 6th floor of the building with a balcony. There is a move-able interior wall to allow tenants to configure living spaces to their individual preferences. Apartments can be furnished. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit. Parking can be arranged at one of 4 city ramps. Apartments available for immediate move in or August 1 leasing.
