ABOUT THE AREA: We are located in the city of Lennox (between Inglewood and El Segundo). We are literally just a few minutes from LAX and the SoFi Stadium, off Century Blvd. We're centrally located, with excellent access to the 405 and 105 freeways. An easy commute from Culver City, west Los Angeles, Inglewood, even Marina del Rey and Venice Beach. We quickly can enjoy the South Bay beaches, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and "the strand" beach walk. Only 8 miles from the ocean, so we've always got that nice sea breeze!
ABOUT THE ROOM: This is a small fully furnished bedroom with large double mirror closet. Furnishings include a full size bed, bed side table, and dresser. Here's the best part: INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, wireless internet, electric, gas, water, and trash. You would have your own parking spot, as well as access to an on-site coin-operated washer and dryer. The room has tile floors and a great sized double mirror closet. The bathroom is shared with 1 other clean roommate and you have your own cabinet for toiletries.
ABOUT US: We are a group of folks that are quiet, clean, easy to communicate/get along with and we are looking for a person that can vibe with us to join our house. Current housemates are coed and include: young professionals and students working at UCLA, LAX, Disneyland and fitness trainer. The home has a large shared common area including a kitchen with private pantry and private refrigerator area, a large living room, dining room, a laundry room. There is a quiet friendly vibe to the house. There are rarely to never at all any guests over, no one smokes and some of the housemates occasionally drink.
