I lived here about two years and ran for my life in July of this year. My wife, 3 year old, and I suffered a skin reaction while living here because of a flea problem in our apartment. Management is amazing the first weeks that you attend your appointments, but once you are in you will realize how you are being lied to. I read the previous reviews in regard to hidden fees and it is very true. The staff tried to be sneaky to get me to sign a second lease. Telling me they missed getting certain signatures and changing the date on the application. Suffering other things as well currently even thou I already moved. And parking!!!!! It is so horrible!!!! Whats the point of having a gated community if I have to park my cars outside!?!? I was told there is so much parking and its a huge lie. Was told there is no Section 8 allowed and half the residents are there with Section 8. No pets allowed and so many pets everywhere. Sound proof windows... not really.... My suggestion take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I moved in years ago after fleeing a dangerous situation. I gave the front office my application with a letter stating my need for housing due to the dangerous situation. They approved me on the spot with a move in special. The front office team (Phyllis and Brandon) prayed with me and everything. I paid the deposit and moved in. The apt was not the cleanest or safest but it was affordable with the special so I called it home at the end of May. July came and the same manager that said I got the move in special came to my home and told me that i had to pay more money than we agreed upon. I had the paper with the move in special costs on my counter all of June but this day in was miraculously not there. She conveniently uncharted me to the point that I had to move out by Aug so I would not get charged more and be evicted. We went to court a few weeks later and the manager lied to the judge saying that I never got the move in special because it was not offered and that she had no idea of the duress I was in. I told the judge I had pictures of the move in special sign and that they knew she situation from the letter I turned in with my application. The judge voted in their favor (based on their conversation they were friends and of the same culture) and I had to come out of $4000 and they put this on my credit report so it follows me around and prevents me moving into another safe place!!!! The rent was only $1000 and I was only there June and July... and you know I would not have gotten keys to move in if the deposit and 1st month rent was not paid. The manager was a lying horrible women and I would not suggest living here if you don't want the same thing to happen to you.

So often we take for grated when we encounter positive, friendly, courteous professionals. We just enjoy the experience and keep it pushing. Well, I decided to do things differently this time. In my opinion, I live at the best apartment complex on the west coast. The property management staff on site are amazing. Especially Gina the manager. They are always positive and upbeat. They're extremely professional and bend over backwards to accommodate me whenever I need help with something. They truly make me feel at home. They are simply FABULOUS!! I happen to notice the review about Gina coming to work swelling like booze and weed. I have been living here for 14 years and never once found Gina anything more than professional and always ready to go the extra mile on behalf of her residents. I highly recommend this community.

The management staff is horrible. The head manager comes in smelling like booze and weed as if she just finished the night partying. The workers mislead customers by promising certain units that aren't available. The pictures online DO NOT REPRESENT what you will be getting. The prices are a lie and continually increase from hidden fees not representing from the beginning. Not to mention the property is just not well kept! If they ask you for money, run the other way quickly!

Extremely unprofessional. They show you a location for a price, then change the location and price. On the day you move, they add other values that were not previously combined. They rent the refrigerator and stove and do not deliver on the day of your move. I spent $200 on groceries, because the Manager said my refrigerator is standing there. It was a lie. All my food spoiled. I've been eating on the street for 5 days, wasting a lot of money. They don't answer the phone and dont return sms, calls or e-mails. I DON"T RECOMMEND!

I called Hollypark and set up an appointment with Hugo. When I showed up for my appointment Hugo gave me a tour and was very calm , he showed me all of the amenities, laundry room etc... He made me feel like this Holly Park would be my new home. The manager is also very personable as well.

Safe, Cozy and friendly apartments! Large living space, broad inside street, parking garage, and you can take a walk at night at street. Apartment managers are so nice and helpful, and they even helped me get a UHUAL when it was busy season (we could not find a UHUAL for moving out from previous place). Very happy to live here and strongly recommend!
