SKI LEASE "McCarthy Place"
***This property is available for a WINTER SKI LEASE for a minimum of 4 months starting as early as November 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. Minimum 5-months if lease starts before 01/02/2027.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*$2,800/month plus utilities
*Entire balance for the ski lease will be due upfront.
*Natural Gas and Electricity accounts to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term and paid directly to the service provider by Tenant.
*$305 a month total for the fixed utilities. This amount a month pays for the water/sewer, trash, keyless entry and cable/high speed internet service along with any on-time expense (damage plan, booking fee, utility transfer fees). The total amount (based on lease term) for the utilities is due upfront along with the rent.
*$1,000 non-refundable holding fee will be required upfront to secure the house. This fee will be applied to the deposit upon lease signing.
*Security deposit equal to one month's rent + $500 estimated move-out cleaning fee. If the house is left in excellent rental condition at move-out, with no cleaning needed and no damage, the entire deposit shall be refunded within 21 days.
*Tenant is responsible for clearing the parking area/driveway.

• Loft sleeping area accessed by retractable ceiling ladder (may not be suitable for all guests)
• Single bathroom with shower only (no tub)
• Parking for 1–2 vehicles in paved driveway; street parking prohibited year-round
• AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months
• Historic 1920s cabin with original character and expected quirks
• Wood for the fireplace is not provided
• Home located on private (non-county) street
• Prefer no pets
