***This property is available for a WINTER SKI LEASE for a minimum of 4 months starting as early as October 15, 2026 and ending no later than May 31, 2027. 5-7 month lease is preferred!
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*$2,000/month plus utilities
*Flexible payment options. Pay term upfront or monthly.
*Natural Gas and Electricity accounts will stay in the owner's name and tenant shall reimburse for each. See Agent for details.
*$560 a month total for the utilities and one time expenses. This amount a month pays for the water/sewer, and trash (1 can per week), natural gas, and electricity along with any on-time expense (damage plan and booking fee). The total amount (based on lease term) for the utilities is due upfront regardless of rent payment terms.
*$1,000 non-refundable holding fee will be required upfront to secure the house. This fee will be applied to the deposit upon lease signing.
*Security deposit equal to one month's rent if paid upfront. Equal to 2 month's rent if rent is paid monthly.
*$500 estimated move-out cleaning fee due at move-in. If the house is left in excellent rental condition at move-out, with no cleaning needed and no damage, the entire deposit shall be refunded within 21 days.
*Tenant is responsible for keeping parking area cleared.
