The Republic

Allowed Pets:
Residents may have domestic dogs and cats only, subject to approval by management.
All pets must be registered with the leasing office before move-in or upon adoption.
Restricted Animals:
For health and safety reasons, the following animals are not permitted in the community:
Reptiles (including snakes, lizards, and turtles),
Amphibians (frogs, salamanders, etc.),
Fish and fish tanks of any size
Birds (of any kind, including parrots or small caged birds),
Insects, spiders, or exotic pets
Farm or wild animals of any kind.
Only cats and dogs are permitted unless otherwise required by law (such as verified service or
assistance animals).
Pet Requirements:
A maximum of 2 pets per apartment is allowed but no more than one cat is allowed per unit.
Proof of current vaccinations and licenses is required.
Pets must be house-trained and non-aggressive.
Pet Fees & Deposits:
Non-refundable pet fee: $300 per pet
Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet
All fees must be paid before the pet is brought onto the property.
