** Flooding from heavy rain, resulting in mold that the maintenance never fixed.
** Roaches that they rarely treated
** Dishwasher broken, was on "order" for years
** Smoke detector malfunctioned, maintenance came and took it off and stated they would come back. Never did
** Our DPL was enough for the WHOLE building and we did not keep extras plugged in when not used
** Snow removal was laughable, sidewalks barely touched.
