✅PET FEES: $500 Per Dog/ $300 Per Cat and a $25+ monthly fee per pet (Based on FIDO score)  
✅$30 pet screening profile per pet.

LIABILITY INSURANCE NOTICE: All tenants are required to maintain Liability Insurance in the minimum amount of $100,000.00 during the lease term. If the tenant fails to maintain the Required Insurance coverage, Landlord will purchase such insurance and charge the cost of the insurance with an administration fee to the tenant.
